1 Boembloc Goelai Ajam
500-800 g chicken
250 ml water
1. Add chicken, Boembloc Goelai, and water to a pan on medium high heat, close the lid.
2. After 10–15 minutes, open the lid and stir to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce. Lower the heat to medium-low and close the lid again.
3. Let it simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens into a rich, saucy consistency (about 15–20 minutes).
